The fifth annual Hawaii Yoga Festival is booked for October 10-15 in the rainforest of Hawaii Island.
The festival takes place at the non-profit Kalani Retreat Center in the Kalapana-Kapoho area of the island. The 2017 festival boasts more than 60 sessions led by a variety of local and international instructors.
Featured presenters include Jessamyn Stanley, a North Carolina-based yoga teacher, body positivity advocate and writer, and Jade Rajbir Kaur, a Hawaii-based yoga teacher and wellness coach certified in the 3HO Kundalini Yoga method.
The festival offers more than just yoga: attendees are also invited to Hawaiian cultural events, live music performances, agricultural tours and other activities.
Passes range from $1,900, including 5-days of programming, accommodations in a Kalani cabin and three meals a day, to $239 for a weekend pass that covers 3-days of programming and meals but no accommodations.
