As part of the new level of safety and health standards being implemented at hotels around the world, Grupo Posadas, a hotelier in Mexico with a portfolio of more than 180 hotels, is rolling out plans for its Phygital Experience.

These new technologies will integrate digital benefits to help guests personalize their stay, while also maintaining health and safety standards in the Covid-19 era. Phygital Experiences will be introduced over the next year and will include:

• Contactless check-in via the Fiesta Rewards mobile application, which allows guests to check-in prior to arrival.

• The app also allows guests to make requests for housekeeping, in-room dining, amenities and more.

• Digital Concierge who can work with guests via mobile phone.

• Digital menus at restaurants.

• New in-room technology, including Procentric, MyStay TV and Guest Cas, all of which allow guests to make service requests, order products, review accounts and more.
