Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit has collaborated with chef Miguel Batista, co-founder and executive chef of Vegan Planet, to offer new, curated tasting menus.

Substituting new vegan-friendly ingredients and new cooking techniques, Batista has produced an original tasting menu at the resort's three AAA Four Diamond restaurants serving French, Italian, and Mexican gourmet cuisine, and an all-day dining option.

Dedicated menus at each restaurant feature four to five adapted traditional dishes, as well as international favorites and comfort food.
