Rosewood Mayakoba is celebrating 10 years with property enhancements, offerings and developments.

New property enhancements include a Taco Academy Series, showcasing the traditions, ingredients and approaches to making tacos. Chef Juan Pablo Loza shows guests how to make them firsthand. During the three-day experience, guests will cook side by side at the resort's outdoor La Ceiba Kitchen & Garden. Casa del Lago and Aqui Me Quedo will also be offering a selection of menu additions, as well.

Located on its own private island in Rosewood Mayakoba, Sense, A Rosewood Spa, has debuted the Marry Oneself Journey, a three-day/four-night personal retreat. Inspired by ancient Mayan traditions, guests undergo a series of guided rituals led by a resident shaman. Guests will also be treated to skin care and massage treatments.

Sense, A Rosewood Spa has also partnered with Maison Caulieres and Evidens de Beaute, two exclusive skincare lines, to create customized experiences for the face and body.

Guests can learn while giving back to the community through the new Give & Grow program, which gives back by helping to support a primary and middle school on the Riviera Maya, funded by guests, associates and friends of Rosewood Mayakoba. Centro Educativo K'iin Beh, a newly built school, was established for the children of its employees and local youth.
