Starting March 1, Israel is welcoming all tourists regardless of their Covid-19 vaccination status.

All tourists flying to Israel must present a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours before their flight. They also must take a PCR test after landing in Israel.

After taking the PCR test at the airport, visitors must go directly to wherever they are staying and quarantine for up to 24 hours until they receive a negative result. Results are said to usually arrive in 6 to 12 hours, according to Tourist Israel.
