South Africa will once again be a hotspot of travel trade shows in April and May. For U.S. delegates who would like to attend these tourism shows, South African Airways (SAA) has announced it is offering special travel industry fares.
Cape Town will host World Travel Market Africa, which will be held from April 19 to 21; the International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM-Africa), which will be held from April 21 to 23; and We Are Africa, which will take place from May 1 to 4.
Indaba, Africa's premier and longest-running travel show, hosted by South African Tourism, will be held in Durban May 16 to 18.
SAA's fares start from $519 for economy class and $4,619 for business class travel roundtrip from New York JFK or Washington Dulles to Cape Town or Durban, with fares slightly lower for travel to Johannesburg; restrictions apply.
