The Mob Museum in downtown Las Vegas has unveiled a temporary exhibit to mark the 25th anniversary of the classic film "Casino."
Artifacts, memorabilia and rare photographs from Martin Scorsese's 1995 film are expected to be displayed until next fall. Guests can see props linked to the Tangiers hotel-casino, the fictional stand-in for the real-life Stardust on the Las Vegas Strip.
The late Frank Cullotta, a former mobster turned government witness who had a cameo in the movie, donated an original script to the display. Former Las Vegas mayor Oscar Goodman, a lawyer who often defended mob members, also contributed never-before-publicized images from the set.
The Mob Museum, formally known as the National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement, is located in a former federal courthouse and post office that was built in 1933.
