BrewDog Las Vegas has opened on the third and fourth floors of the Showcase Mall, featuring 96 taps, farm-to-table comfort food, arcade games and an unparalleled view of the Strip.
A 30-foot-high sign illuminates the 30,000-square-foot rooftop bar that features 360-degree views across the street from Park MGM and New York-New York.
"Las Vegas is a city like no other, so we had to pull out all the stops," said James Watt, CEO of BrewDog, named the first carbon-negative beer business by Forbes in 2020. "With nearly 100 taps of craft beer and killer views, this oasis in the desert is the biggest BrewDog bar we have ever opened."
The $17 million brewhouse serves BrewDog favorites Hazy Jane, Punk IPA and Elvis Juice. The location also features what Brewdog officials say is the strongest beer on the Strip, The Haus Always Wins, whose high alcohol content (27% alcohol by volume, or ABV) is the result of freeze distilling.

It also has pours from a number of local craft breweries, including Las Vegas Brewing, Bad Beat Brewing and Able Baker Brewing.
BrewDog's food menu includes the Flying Scotsman, an eight-ounce beef patty, authentic Scottish haggis, red onion rings and side of peppercorn sauce; and lobster mac 'n' cheese, with steamed Maine lobster, lobster bisque sauce, baby rigatoni with grilled garlic and herb toast. The wagyu burger ($150) is a pure-bred, eight-ounce-beef patty with caramelized onions, six-year matured cheddar and grated Italian black truffle.
Half of the menu features vegetarian or vegan-friendly options. BrewDog is also dog-friendly and has hydration stations and treats.
On tap for New Year's Eve
Sparkle City, DJs from Nashville, will perform on New Year's Eve. Guests can watch the Strip's fireworks display on the rooftop. Packages ($50 plus tax and fees for general admission entry to $500 for reserved outdoor seating and other amenities) are available for purchase online.
BrewDog Las Vegas is open from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays and from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
