The Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas and celebrity chef Charlie Palmer have teamed up on “Cooking with Charlie,” which enables groups of four or more to cook with Palmer in the kitchen at Charlie Palmer Steak, located off the main lobby inside the hotel.
After preparing their meal alongside the chef, guests will enjoy a five-course tasting menu with wine pairing in a private dining room. Following dinner, a private dessert demonstration is hosted by Jean-Luc Daul, the Four Seasons' executive pastry chef. Guests will also receive cookbooks signed by Palmer.
“I enjoy having the opportunity to work one-on-one with food enthusiasts who are looking to enhance their culinary talents, from knife skills to increasing productivity in the kitchen to learning how to properly season your creations. Guests will walk away with the core ability to execute an impressive five-course meal for family and friends,” Palmer said in a statement.
