Need to work out some office aggravation? Vent a long-simmering frustration? Release pent-up feelings of anger and angst?

Would smashing a car do the trick?

That's the idea behind the Aggression Session at Dig This, the sandbox on steroids where visitors can get behind the wheel of an excavator or bulldozer for some hands-on fun. During the new 30-minute Aggression Session, guests step inside the cab of a 15-ton excavator and use the machine's boom, arm and claw to completely demolish a full-size car.

"At Dig This we empower people with horsepower," said owner and founder Ed Mumm via press release. "The Aggression Session brings a unique element to our existing experiences. It's a fun, healthy way to relieve frustrations by smashing a car."

Offered as a stand-alone or add-on experience, the Aggression Session costs $625 and is available to anyone over age 14. The vehicles offered up for bashing have been drained of all fluids and stripped of their engine and transmission for "optimum compaction." Once the cars are fully crushed, they're hauled off-site and recycled.

It's a pricey way to pass half an hour. But if the alternative is ranting at your boss or alienating your spouse, 30 minutes of metal annihilation might actually be priceless.
