Disney's Hall of Presidents reopens with Trump

|

The Hall of Presidents has reopened at Disney World's Magic Kingdom with the audio-animatronic Donald Trump.

"To be an American is to be an optimist, to believe we can always do better," says the recorded voice of the president. Since 1993, every sitting U.S. president has had a speaking role in the attraction.

The attraction had been closed since January.

Besides adding Trump, Disney has updated the attraction's content and technology.

"Landmark moments in history come alive on a panoramic 180-degree screen that transports guests across more than 200 years of the American story. High-impact projection, sound, lighting and other enhancements take guests into rare and indelible moments in history that helped define a nation," Thomas Smith wrote in the Disney Parks Blog.

The 25-minute show was previously altered in 2009 to add Barack Obama.
