Fla. hotels create package for those who 'Seek the Weekend'

Three west Florida hotels, all members of the Marriott's Autograph Collection, are offering a Seek the Weekend package through Dec. 31.

The package is available for booking now and is offered at the Epicurean Hotel in south Tampa, the Fenway Hotel in Dunedin and the Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club on Anna Maria Island, a Gulf Coast barrier island just south of St. Petersburg. The promotion includes a 20% discount on overnight accommodations as well as a $25 nightly hotel credit. Seek the Weekend is available on stays Thursdays through Sundays with a two-night minimum.

The Epicurean Hotel in south Tampa is a food-focused hotel developed in partnership with Bern's Steak House across the street. The hotel features a newly renovated signature restaurant, Elevage, as well as renovated rooftop bar and recently opened the Little Midway Ice Cream & Pastry Parlor. Package rates at the Epicurean start at $159 per night.

The Fenway Hotel in Dunedin originally opened in 1927. The 83-room hotel is home to HEW Parlor & Chophouse; Hi-Fi, a rooftop bar overlooking the St. Joseph Sound; and a resort-style pool. Seek the Weekend rates at the Fenway start at $111 per night.

With 37 two-bedroom suites, a 50-slip marina and Eliza Ann's Coastal Kitchen on site, the Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club offers exclusive access to the beach, kayaks, lounge chairs, umbrellas and curated coolers upon request. Package rates start at $239 per night.
