There are plenty of places to have dinner with a view on the Las Vegas Strip, Mon Ami Gabi for impeccable people watching, Picasso for the fountains and Top of the World for a panorama that lives up its name, but none can offer the experience provided by a new Vegas tour.
Dubbed Savory Bites & Neon Lights, the five-hour outing is a best-of-both-worlds collaboration between tour companies Lip Smacking Foodie Tours and Maverick Helicopters. Guests start with dinner, with guided tastings at five prestigious Strip restaurants, which might include Michael Mina's Bardot Brasserie at Aria or the Greek seafood palace Estiatorio Milos at Cosmopolitan. Next comes the view, a transfer to Maverick Helicopters' private terminal, where guests have a Champagne toast before going airborne for a 12- to 15-minute sightseeing flight above the sparking lights of the Strip.
"There's nowhere else in the world where you can visit five of the most renowned restaurants in the city in one evening, followed by an unforgettable helicopter flight over the city's glittering skyline," said Donald Contursi, Lip Smacking Foodie Tours president.
The Savory Bites & Neon Lights package starts at $299 per person with a beverage upgrade available.
