Following a two-year closure for renovations from damage sustained during Hurricane Irma in 2018, the Florida Keys private island resort, Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, will reopen on March 1. Reservations are now available.
The resort will open with an array of new amenities and spaces as well as updates to its existing buildings. The renovations include redesigns to the 15 thatch-roof bungalows; new Island Premier and Island Romance suites featuring outdoor copper soaking tubs; and a new two-story spa.
Renovations to the common areas include ocean views from the property's communal dining room space. Private cabanas have been added to the pool area, and the Palapa Bar has been rebuilt.
