That's how it goes at the annual NASCAR Weekend at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway when approximately 100,000 people show up to watch very skilled drivers make left turns at breakneck speeds.
With those kind of crowds converging on the northeast Las Vegas track, getting to and from the Speedway is an exercise in patience, an ironically sluggish process in order to see an accelerated spectacle.
