It's not every day that an Oscar-winning actress and comedian books a Las Vegas residency, but here's veteran comic Mo'Nique announcing that she's not only hitting the Strip but doing so in the relatively intimate environs of the Sayers Club at the SLS Las Vegas.
Oscar-winning comic Mo'Nique will debut her residency at the Sayers Club in January 2019.
The quite literally named "Mo'Nique Does Vegas" will launch Jan. 11 and continue through Feb. 28. Known for her late-night talk show, her stand-up comedy and her award-winning performance in "Precious," Mo'Nique will bring her comedy chops to the stage at the SLS, with 8 p.m. shows on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and 11 p.m. shows on Fridays and Saturday.
