A new smartphone app introduces diners to farm-to-table restaurant options as they travel the 49th state.
The free Alaska Grown app, offered for Apple and Android devices, shares menus, operating hours and other information on restaurants that source produce from Alaska farms. Users can view photos of dishes as they scroll through the listings.
Downloads are available by searching for "Alaska Grown" in Google Play or the Apple Store, or via a link at buyalaskagrown.com.
