New Orleans Jazz fest canceled again due to Covid-19

|

Because of the increase in new Covid-19 cases in New Orleans, the 2021 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival has been canceled.

The event was scheduled to take place Oct. 8 to 10 and Oct. 15 to 17.

The festival is usually held in the spring, but October dates had been scheduled after the 2020 event was canceled last spring due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Organizers plan to hold the 2022 festival in the spring, from April 29 to May 8.

According to the festival's website, ticketholders for both festival weekends (including those that rolled over their tickets from 2020) will receive an email with details about the ticket refund and rollover process.
