Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs is serving up new dishes on its late-night bites menu, available from 10 p.m. until closing, and has introducecd five summer cocktails.
The dishes, priced at $8 each, are executive chef Yuhi Fujinaka's take on the traditional appetizer: chicken wings in a spicy soy glaze, beef bulgogi nachos served on fried wontons and a chashu pork quesadilla with pulled, braised pork belly.

The tequila and tonic includes spices used in Peking duck.
The five summer cocktails carry a $14 price tag and were chosen from a list of 20 submitted by the beverage staff. A tequila and tonic includes housemade, five-spice tonic inspired by the aromatic blend of cinnamon, clove, star anise, fennel and Szechuan peppercorn used in Peking duck. The Yuzu sidecar is both exotic and local, balancing a Japanese yuzu cordial with the pure citrus of Old Florida Reserve liqueur. The kunsei smoked coconut includes Dobel smoked tequila and a toasted coconut garnish. The watermelon soyokazi tastes like a Jolly Rancher candy without all the sweetness and the elegant gin blossom martini is made with muddled cucumber.
Last call for food at Morimoto Asia is midnight on Sundays through Thursdays and 12:30 on Fridays and Saturdays.
