The NFL announced that Super Bowl LV in 2021 has been relocated from Los Angeles to Tampa's Raymond James Stadium due to delays in the construction of the  Rams' and Chargers' joint stadium in L.A.

It will be Tampa's fifth time hosting the big game, which last visited the Gulf Coast in 2009.

Santiago Corrada, president and CEO of Visit Tampa Bay, said: "We look forward to working with our hospitality stakeholders over the coming months to meet the requirements for hosting the game. This community has changed dramatically in the years since 2009, thanks to the Tampa Riverwalk, dozens of incredible new restaurants and hundreds of new hotel rooms. With billions of dollars in new projects on the horizon, visitors will have an even better experience awaiting them in Tampa Bay when they attend Super Bowl LV."

The NFL also announced that its Pro Bowl will be returning to Camping World Stadium in Orlando for a second straight year on Sunday, Jan. 28.

The Pro Bowl pits the top stars from the American Football Conference against their counterparts in the National Football Conference. Participants are by a consensus of votes by fans, players, and coaches.

Additional events during Pro Bowl Week are set to include the Pro Bowl Skills Showdown, testing the athletic prowess of stars from each conference in unique competitions, and the NFL Pro Bowl Experience, a free football festival located at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort.

Pro Bowl practices for the AFC and NFC teams will again be held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and be open to the public.
