Allegiant currently does all of its Phoenix flying from Mesa Airport, 35 miles southeast of Sky Harbor, where it accounts for the vast majority of all operations. Allegiant will fly 49 routes out of Phoenix Mesa this summer.
"Phoenix continues to be an incredibly popular destination with our customers, so adding service to Sky Harbor allows us to provide a number of different options for travel, including for those who may prefer flying directly to the city's metro center," spokeswoman Sonya Padgett said.
