Hawaiian Airlines will be back in all of its pre-pandemic U.S. mainland gateways in December.

The carrier will return to the East Coast, flying twice weekly between Honolulu and Boston beginning Dec. 18, its website shows. Hawaiian also said it will fly three-times weekly flights between Honolulu and New York JFK.

The airline will also resume Long Beach service in December.

Hawaiian, like other U.S. airlines, is beefing up capacity between Hawaii and the mainland in response to the Oct. 15 end of Hawaii's mandatory two-week quarantine for incoming visitors.
