Korean Air began offering "live chat" help
to agents on its agents-only Web site April 16.
Korean said the
ability for an agent to interact with a Korean Air representative
in real time via the Web site will make it "easier than ever" for
agents to get answers to questions.
The agents-only
Web site, at http://kal4Agency.koreanair.com, also gives agents in
the U.S. and Canada information on Korean Air's products, special
offers, ticketing policies and schedule changes.
