Spirit Airlines will add St. Louis to its route network in May and begin servicing Pensacola, Fla., in June.
The new stations will bring the discount carrier's destination count to 80 for the first time, spokesman Field Sutton said. During the course of the Covid-19 pandemic, the carrier has introduced or announced plans to introduce eight new cities, including recent announcements about Milwaukee and Louisville, Ky.
Spirit will serve St. Louis daily from Las Vegas, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale and Los Angeles beginning May 27.
