AccorHotels has acquired digital-services firms Availpro and VeryChic, moves that continue to broaden the company's revenue base beyond its core hotel business.

Paris-based Availpro makes hospitality-management software for more than 6,500 clients worldwide and specializes in serving independent hotels.

Accor says the acquisition complements the company’s 2015 buyout of Fastbooking, which has connected more than 2,000 independent hotels to AccorHotels’ website.

Paris-based VeryChic enables private sales of luxury hotel rooms, apartments, cruises and travel packages. The company says it has 5,000 members.

Earlier this year, Accor bought a stake in Squarebreak and agreed to acquire Travel Keys. Both are digital platforms for vacation rentals. Last year, Accor acquired home-rental service Onefinestay.
