Luxury hospitality group Aman has announced plans to plant its first Singapore flag.

The property will open as part of The Skywaters, a mixed-use skyscraper currently under development near Singapore's Central Business District and Marina Bay neighborhoods. The high-rise, set to stand 1,001 feet tall, is being marketed as the city-state's soon-to-be tallest building.

The project's Aman components will include a hotel, Aman-branded residences and a private club.

According to Aman, the hotel's accommodations will be "among the city's largest," offering views of the city skyline and South China Sea. Amenities will include a full-floor Aman Spa with an infinity pool and multiple dining venues.

The property's residences will range from one to five bedrooms.

Aman currently operates 36 hotels and resorts across 20 destinations globally, with projects in markets like Miami Beach, Beverly Hills, Riyadh, Dubai, the Maldives and Mozambique also in the pipeline.
