The Amara Resort and Spa in Sedona, Ariz., has completed an expansive renovation that touched all 100 guestrooms and the communal areas.

The refresh was designed to bring a "tree-lodge" aesthetic to the property. The guestrooms are adorned in neutral tones with headboards crafted from fallen trees and a contrasting deep-blue accent wall.

The bathrooms have been redone with walk-in showers, rain shower heads and large porcelain tiles that emulate the look of the sandstone layers in the Sedona landscape.

The resort's signature restaurant, SaltRock Southwest Kitchen, and the Amara Spa were also revamped. The seating at the restaurant has been expanded, a community dining table was added, and the bar area was remodeled. The spa was upgraded with a new 24-hour fitness center and retail store.

Five flexible event spaces have been updated with new carpet and window treatments.

The Amara Resort also features an open-air courtyard, heated infinity pool, and patio with outdoor fire pits.
