Collective Retreats is bringing its luxury glamping concept to Saudi Arabia, partnering with the Neom project on a new property within its Trojena development in the mountains.

Scheduled to open in 2026, Collective Trojena will feature 60 open-air guest accommodations as well as a variety of culinary offerings, meeting spaces, communal campfires and water features.

Guests will have access to the destination's array of outdoor activities, which will include skiing and snowboarding, high-altitude training, paragliding, mountain biking, hiking and water sports. Programming around film, art, music and food will also be on offer.

Collective Trojena will join Collective Retreats' portfolio of glamping sites in Vail, Colorado; Hill Country, Texas; and Governors Island, New York.

Expected to span more than 10,200 square miles, Neom promises to ultimately comprise a diverse mix of towns and cities, ports and enterprise zones, research centers, sports and entertainment venues and tourist destinations.
