Dream Hotel Group plans to debut the Dream Las Vegas casino hotel on the Las Vegas Strip in 2023.

Set to open across the street from the Mandalay Bay Resort on the southern end of Las Vegas Blvd., the Dream Las Vegas will be housed within a 21-story newbuild tower. The hotel will feature 450 guestrooms, a gaming floor, seven dining and nightlife venues and 12,000 square feet of private meetings and events space.

Additional amenities will include a rooftop pool deck, several bar and lounge concepts, a street-level grab-and-go cafe, a spa and a fitness center.

Construction on the project is scheduled to begin next year.

"There is no shortage of mega-resorts in Las Vegas, but there is a lack of boutique hotels that offer a more intimate, curated experience," said David Daneshforooz, CEO of Dream Las Vegas development partner Contour. "A ground-up Dream hotel with its world-class food and beverage offerings was an obvious choice for a boutique execution on this site and will be a great addition to the Las Vegas Strip."

Dream Las Vegas will join the Dream flag's seven existing locations in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville and Bangkok and Phuket, Thailand.

In total, the Dream Hotel Group portfolio currently comprises 16 properties worldwide.
