Luxury hospitality group Faena plans to open its third hotel, in New York this spring.
The Faena New York, set to be situated at 500 W. 18th St., will overlook a section of Manhattan's elevated High Line park in Chelsea.
The 120-room property will offer amenities like a Tierra Santa Healing House spa, multiple food and beverage venues and nightlife programming.
The New York project will join Faena's Miami Beach and Buenos Aires hotels. Founded in 2000, Faena is known for its "Faena District" concept, which combines hotels, residences and cultural facilities.
