DALLAS --
Hospitality Management Corp. (HMC) signed management agreements for
two new-build hotels slated to debut in Texas during the third
quarter.
HMC specializes in
hotel management services for third party institutional and private
owners.
The $6.9 million,
105-room Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Laredo, opening in
August, will be located on Bob Bullock Loop next to the new Laredo
Entertainment Center and within one mile of Laredo International
Airport and Texas A&M International University.
Meanwhile, the $5.6
million, 70-room La Quinta Inn & Suites in Lubbock is expected
to open in September on North Loop 289 near the Lubbock Heart
Hospital and Northstar Surgical Center, within two miles of Texas
Tech University.
