AMResorts will take over management of the Hilton Curacao,
unveiling plans to reopen the property as the Dreams Curacao Resort, Spa &
Casino in late December.
The resort will be in the Hilton portfolio until the end of
May. Then it will operate as the Curacao Caribbean Resort until Sept. 3, when the
property will close for a $15 million renovation.

The resort will continue to be an all-inclusive. Like now, each
of the resort's 197 rooms and suites will have a private balcony.
When reopened as a Dreams resort, the property will offer
the brand's signature Unlimited Luxury concept, including gourmet a la carte
dining, 24-hour room and concierge services, unlimited premium beverages, daily
refreshed mini-bars, daytime activities and live nighttime entertainment.
The property will be the Dreams brand's first in Curacao and
AMResorts' second on the island. The company has a Sunscape resort in Curacao.
