The InterContinental Nordelta Buenos Aires Hotel, Residences & Spa is scheduled to open in early 2011 on the Bahia Grande in Nordelta, a mixed-use master plan community in Greater Buenos Aires.
Located in the north part of Buenos Aires (approximately 20 miles from the city center), Nordelta is a gated community with several neighborhoods, a shopping mall, a medical center, three private schools, a corporate park and a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course.
The hotel will have 140 guest rooms and 225 residences. Plans call for a spa, fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, six meeting rooms, two restaurants and a bar.
The InterContinental Nordelta will be the brand’s second hotel in the area. The InterContinental Buenos Aires is situated in the financial district of the city.
