KSL Resorts CEO and co-founder Scott Dalecio is taking over
as interim CEO of Outrigger Hotels and Resorts, and longtime CEO David Carey
III is transitioning to an adviser role for the Honolulu-based resort operator.
KSL acquired Outrigger late last year.
Carey, whose father-in-law is the son of Outrigger founders
Roy and Estelle Kelley, had served as the company's CEO since 1993.
