Kempinski Hotels will plant a flag on Turks & Caicos' famous Grace Bay Beach, announcing plans for a new luxury resort and residential complex in Providenciales.

Located near the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club, the Kempinski Grace Bay will be situated along 11 acres of beach and comprise four beachfront villas and 72 residences. According to Kempinski, the property's relatively low-density design will "ensure an exclusive and low-traffic experience."

The resort will have three dining venues, two pools, a spa and fitness center, tennis and paddle courts, a kids club and an indoor golf simulator.

No opening date has been announced. Kempinski said that details about residential pricing and availability would be available by early next year.
