Kimpton will double its presence in the Los Angeles area
this spring with the opening of a hotel at the base of the Hollywood Hills and
another in West Hollywood.
The Everly, located in Hollywood's Beachwood Canyon district
near the Capitol Records building, is due to open in April. The property will
feature a fifth-floor pool deck with views all the way to the Pacific Ocean as
well as a cafe on the property's street level.
In May, Kimpton is scheduled to open La Peer, which will be
located in West Hollywood's design district near Santa Monica Boulevard. The
hotel will have a 3,900-square-foot roof deck.
Kimpton currently has two hotels in the Los Angeles area:
the Hotel Palomar Los Angeles Beverly Hills and the Hotel Wilshire.
