A Kimpton hotel is coming to Orlando. Slated to open in 2027, the Kimpton Orlando will be located adjacent to the Kia Center, home of the Orlando Magic pro basketball team.
The 261-room hotel will be part of a new Westcourt development that will include 300,000 square feet of office space, 120,000 square feet of space for dining and entertainment, plus 1.5 acres of outdoor common areas. There will be a 3,500-person venue for live events.
The hotel itself will have 16,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, a full-service restaurant and lobby bar, a café, and pool bar and pool lounge.
Westcourt will integrate 265 multifamily rental units atop the hotel.
