Legoland hotel opens in Florida

The world’s fifth Legoland Hotel opened last Friday, next to the Legoland theme park in Winter Haven, Florida.

The hotel has 152 rooms, which are grouped under four themes: Adventure, Kingdom, Lego Friends and Pirate. The property’s rooms can sleep as many as five people, and suites can accommodate as many as nine guests.

The first Legoland hotel in the U.S. opened at Legoland California near San Diego in April 2013. There are also Legoland hotels in Denmark, England and Malaysia.

The Legoland Florida theme park opened in 2011.
