A new boutique hotel, The Palmetto, will open in Charleston's historic French Quarter next month.
The Palmetto's website indicates that rooms are available starting March 3.
The property, which previously operated as The Saint Hotel, was acquired by New York-based real estate development and investment firm Dreamscape Companies in 2021 and has undergone an extensive refresh.
The reimagined hotel will debut with 45 guestrooms, featuring interiors decorated with antique elements and historic black-and-white photographs.
The property's F&B programming will include a partnership with neighboring bistro Slightly North of Broad. The hotel will have a lobby bar specializing in custom craft cocktails.
