Marriott International's W Hotels brand is making its jump into all-inclusives, announcing plans to open the W All-Inclusive Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.

Set to be located in Punta Cana's Uvero Alto area, the W All-Inclusive Punta Cana will be a luxury adults-only concept. It's on track to be one of the W flag's first all-inclusive properties when it opens in 2025.

The 349-room resort will offer guestrooms with balconies and plunge pools, as well as several suite accommodations. Plans also call for three pools with pool bars, 11 food and beverage venues, a spa with 11 treatment rooms and retail space.

The project is expected to break ground in the coming months.

Marriott first announced plans to open all-inclusives under its W brand, as well as several other luxury and full-service Marriott flags, in 2019.
