A new boutique hotel concept has moved into the space previously occupied by the Standard Downtown LA, which closed in early 2022.
The 207-room Delphi Hotel has opened at 550 Flower St., following several major updates to the building. Changes include an overhaul of the property's ground floor as well as the addition of a new indoor/outdoor lobby bar called the Delphi Lounge & Coffee | Tea Bar.

Several other new F&B venues are on track to debut at the Delphi in the coming months, including a modern diner concept, a food truck-inspired rooftop and garden and a lobby lounge with a private bar experience.
Room rates at the Delphi start at around $200 per night.
The Standard Downtown LA's closure followed the shuttering of sister property The Standard Hollywood in West Hollywood, Calif. in 2021.
