The JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa and Rampart Casino on Jan. 1 will unite under a new brand -- The Resort at Summerlin, with the hotel continuing as a JW Marriott within the rebranded complex.
The name hearkens back to the resort's original name; it opened in 1999 as The Resort at Summerlin.
The update comes as the property wraps up a $75 million renovation across its 54-acre campus in Summerlin, which is roughly 13 miles northwest of the Las Vegas Strip. Updates include renovated guest rooms, a refreshed conference center and upgraded spa and fitness facilities, with pool renovations expected to continue through the coming year.
The resort has also expanded its dining offerings with the launch of The Neighborhood Food Hall, which features an outpost of New York dim sum restaurant Nom Wah; ai Pazzi Pizza and Pearls Oyster & Crudo Bar from Italian chef Fabio Viviani; and Wineaux, the Summerlin outpost of the Las Vegas wine bar and market from James Beard Award winner Shawn McClain and master sommelier Nick Hetzel. Two more dining concepts are slated to join the food hall in the coming months.
The new restaurants join the established Hawthorn Grill, Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles and Market Place Buffet.
A new partnership with Caesars Entertainment will bring a Caesars Sportsbook to the Rampart Casino in early 2026.
