A Nickelodeon-branded resort is coming to the Orlando area in 2026.
The Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando will open as part of Everest Place, a $1 billion, 220-acre residential and commercial complex under development in Kissimmee.
The project is a partnership between Everest Place, Nickelodeon parent company Paramount and Lion Star Hospitality, the exclusive U.S. licensee for Karisma Hotels & Resorts.
With 400 hotel rooms and condo units, the Nickelodeon will offer themed accommodations and give guests the opportunity to interact with characters from Nickelodeon franchises like SpongeBob SquarePants, Paw Patrol, Dora the Explorer and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

The property will be home to several food and beverage concepts, including the SpongeBob-inspired Le Spatula restaurant and Mikey's Pizzeria, which pays homage to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' favorite food. The resort's '90s-inspired Snick Lounge will offer games, sports and live music.
Other highlights: an Aqua Nick water park, a Club Nick kids club and Nick retail shops.
The Orlando resort will join two Nickelodeon resorts in Punta Cana and Mexico's Riviera Maya. Karisma operates both of them.
The resort won't be the first Nickelodeon-themed hotel to open in Orlando, however. A Nick Hotel opened in Orlando in 2005, but the property dropped the Nickelodeon branding in 2016.
