Nobu Hospitality's new Nobu Hotel & Restaurant Roma has opened reservations for stays starting Nov. 7.

The property will debut at the site of the former Grand Hotel Via Veneto, located on Via Veneto in Rome's historic city center.

The development will feature 117 guestrooms and suites, including a three-bedroom Nobu Villa.

The hotel will also be home to a Nobu restaurant, which will showcase chef Nobu Matsuhisa's signature Japanese- and South American-inspired cuisine. In addition to a main dining area, the restaurant will offer a sushi counter and a bar serving wine, sake and cocktails.

Additional amenities are set to include a rooftop terrace, spa, fitness center and meetings space.

The Nobu Hotel & Restaurant Roma will be Nobu's first hotel in Italy, joining six existing European locations within the brand's global hotels portfolio.
