The Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, the third hotel under celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa's brand, has started taking reservations for stays beginning Sept. 16.

The hotel, which will occupy a section of the Eden Roc Miami Beach, will have 206 rooms, including three 2,400-square-foot penthouse suites. The property will feature a "Japanese beach house" design motif; guestrooms will have access to 24-hour in-room dining from the Nobu Miami restaurant.

In addition to Matsuhisa, Nobu Hospitality's investors include actor Robert De Niro and Australian developer James Packer. The group's first hotel opened inside of Las Vegas's Caesars Palace in 2013, and opened its second last year within Manila's City of Dreams development. Other hotels are planned for Malibu, Chicago, London and Riyadh.
