Nobu Hospitality has added a Mexico project to its pipeline, unveiling plans to bring a 200-room Nobu hotel to Tulum. Nobu has not set an opening date.

The property will feature a beachfront Nobu restaurant, 50 residences, meeting and event space, a fitness center and a spa.

Once it debuts, the Nobu Hotel Tulum will be Nobu Hospitality's 30th hotel and second Mexico property, joining the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos.

The announcement comes amid a period of rapid expansion for Nobu Hospitality, which has recently detailed plans for Nobu hotels in Orlando, Punta Cana, and Danang, Vietnam.

This October, the brand is opening the Nobu Hotel Atlanta in the city's Buckhead neighborhood. The 152-room hotel will have a Nobu restaurant, a rooftop swimming pool and pool deck event space.
