Nobu Hospitality is expanding into Vietnam, planning to open the Nobu Danang in 2025.

The Nobu Danang will have a hotel, restaurant and residences. It will occupy part of a 43-story tower situated along Danang's My Khe beachfront. Billed as an urban resort, the hotel will have 200 guestrooms, including 18 suites, as well as a wellness and fitness facility and meeting and event space.

In addition to a Nobu restaurant, the tower will house other dining venues, including an upscale Chinese eatery, a Vietnamese fine-dining restaurant and an American steakhouse. A cocktail bar and lounge will be perched on the building's rooftop.

Nobu Hospitality's revealed Vietnam plans follow the company's recent foray into Greece, where the Nobu Hotel Santorini debuted earlier this summer.

The 25-room Nobu Hotel Santorini is home to a Nobu restaurant, a dual-level infinity pool, a fitness center and an in-room spa program. The property's rates start at $1,000 per night, inclusive of breakfast.
