One&Only Resorts and Private Homes has unveiled its Private Homes Rental Program, offering travelers the ability to book stays within the brand's portfolio of luxury residential properties.
Rental guests receive various privileges, including access to One&Only resort restaurants, spa facilities, Club One sports and activity hubs, and KidsOnly kids clubs. Each booking includes daily housekeeping, turndown service and a personal host who handles pre-arrival planning, activity bookings, transportation and in-villa services upon request.
The program currently offers stays at the One&Only Mandarina in Mexico, the One&Only Aesthesis and One&Only Kea Island in Greece, the One&Only Portonovi in Montenegro and the One&Only Le Saint Geran in Mauritius, which opened to rental guests this month.
The new Mauritius property features villas with two to six bedrooms, private swimming pools and indoor-outdoor living spaces. The One&Only Le Saint Geran is also home to Riva, an Italian-inspired concept with a poolside bar and dining area, resident DJ and gourmet deli.
A fifth property, the One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana, will soon join the program.
According to One&Only president Mark Kirby, the brand's private homes are designed to "meet the rising demand for ultra-luxury and multi-generational living within exclusive and personalized spaces."
