Pendry Hotels & Resorts is entering Barbados, announcing plans to redevelop the Port Ferdinand Luxury Marina & Residences and reopen under the Pendry flag in 2026.
Located just north of the Port St. Charles Marina in Speightstown, the Port Ferdinand will be reborn as the Pendry Barbados and Pendry Residences Barbados.
The resort will have 74 oceanfront guestrooms and 46 residential units as well as multiple dining concepts, including a "destination restaurant," a beach club bar and grill, a rum bar, a lobby lounge and a pool bar.
Other highlights will include a 111-berth marina, a Spa Pendry with seven treatment rooms, a fitness center, indoor and outdoor meeting and event space and a Pendry's Pinwheel Kids Club.
Access to the resort's amenities will be exclusive to guests and residents.
The property will also offer memberships to a private marina club with a variety of yacht berth sizes.
The Pendry Barbados will be the first Pendry hotel outside the U.S.
