Six Senses has secured management deals for a pair of Italian properties in Milan and Lake Como.

On track to open next year, the Six Senses Milan will be located at Via Brera 19, within the city's Brera arts district.

The hotel will have 68 guestrooms, including 15 suites and two accommodations with plunge pools. It will also feature a rooftop bar and pool, a spa and a specialty restaurant and deli.

The Six Senses Lake Como is expected to open in 2028 after a renovation of the historic Grand Hotel Cadenabbia, which sits on the western shore of Lake Como. The restored hotel will reduce its room count to 102 accommodations while expanding its spa and wellness area. The property will feature both an outdoor pool and a "floating pool" on the lake. There will be a specialty dining concept and a terrace bar and restaurant.

Six Senses already has a hotel in Rome, which debuted last year

Six Senses, a brand that is part of IHG Hotels & Resorts' luxury and lifestyle portfolio, currently has 27 hotels and resorts.
